When will my order arrive?
Allow 2-3 business days for delivery of ordered items AFTER your order has been processed. Refer to the processing section under the Policies tab. Shipping times may exceed due to holidays.
Can I cancel my order?
No, our orders are placed directly with a vendor. Once your payment has been received and an order has been placed with a vendor we cannot cancel an order.

Can I wash my wig?
Yes, absolutely. The process of shampooing and conditioning your wig is crucial for proper wig care. HD lace is extremely thin, so it's important to be cautious when washing it to prevent ripping or creating holes in the lace. Cleanse your wig weekly, or less frequently depending on how often you wear it. When conditioning the wig, avoid putting conditioner directly on the knots of the wig, as this can cause the knots to loosen and potentially lead to shedding or balding of the wig. We are not responsible for any damage to your wig resulting from the misuse of shampoo, conditioner, bleach, or any additional products you apply to the wig. Seek professional guidance if you lack experience in caring for wigs. If you use glue to secure your wig, soak the frontal/closure part of the wig in warm water with Dawn dish soap for 15 minutes. Then, use a toothbrush or cloth to gently remove any excess glue from the lace. You may need to cleanse the hairline and lace regularly to remove product buildup. Please note that excessive washing of curly textures may cause the curls to loosen over time. After shampooing and conditioning, allow the wig or hair bundles to air dry.
Can I dye my wig?
Yes, our wigs come in Natural Black and have not been pre-colored. This indicates it is ok to dye the wig. Our styled wigs have been colored and should not be processed any further.
How do I store my wig?
Place your wig on a wig head or its packaging. Proper storage is essential to wig longevity.
How long will my wig last?
A wigs lifespan will depend on the care from the buyer. Proper maintenance includes regularly shampooing and conditioning the wig. Wigs can last months, even years.
Can I use hot tools on my wigs?
Yes, you can use heat for styling and curling a wig, be sure to use a heat protectant product to avoid heat damage to the wig. Always protect your hair unit to insure longevity.
Will my wig shed?
Note human hair sheds daily. All wigs experience some shedding. With extra care, you may minimize shedding. Be sure to detangle, properly protect, and store your wig at night to prevent/avoid shedding.

How do I install my Tape-ins? It is strongly recommended to visit a Hair salon for installation of Tape-ins by a Licensed professional if you do not have experience with installing Tape-ins.
