Processing:
Once an order is placed with Sapphire Reign Extensions, there is a 2-3 business day verification process BEFORE processing is initiated. Please note that if the item is not on-hand, processing time will be approximately 5-8 business days. For on-hand items, the processing time will be 2-3 days after the initial verification process. Processing time does not include holidays, weekends, and shipping speed. After processing, all items are shipped via USPS and will arrive within 2-3 days after processing is completed. You will receive an email once your order is shipped. Processing times are an estimate, and the purchaser may receive their order sooner. Should you need the hair sooner, you may be charged an additional fee for expedited/overnight shipping according to the mail carrier. No orders will be shipped on Holidays or outside of business hours. Shipping times may exceed due to holidays.

Verification:
Please verify that you have entered the correct billing address and contact info as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. P.O. Boxes are not accepted. Note: Transactions may not go through if the entered information does not match exactly what your bank institution has on file. Some transactions may be held for further verification. The shipping address must include: Street Name, number, city, state, zip and apt number (If applicable).

Wrong Address Disclaimer:
Sapphire Reign Extensions is not responsible or liable for any hair packages that are lost due to the buyer inputting the incorrect address during checkout. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure he/she inputs the shipping address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules. Should you decide to change the shipping address PRIOR to the being shipped, send an email to Sapphirereignextensions@gmail.com. We will do our best to make the change if the order has not been shipped. Once the order has shipped, we cannot change the address. Please confirm the address you have entered. Any “Shipped” order cannot be cancelled. If the shipping address is incorrect and the package is returned to us. In this case, you may provide the correct address and the hair can be reshipped, you will incur new shipping fees. we will be able to provide you with a refund or exchange. Or you may provide the correct address and the hair can be reshipped, you will incur new shipping fees.


Failed Deliveries/Reshipping:

If your package was returned to Sapphire Reign Extensions due to an incorrect address and you are requesting to have the order reshipped, you will be charged $25 to reship the order. If a package is returned to Sapphire Reign Extensions due to a failed delivery or buyer refusal, it may be reshipped by paying an additional shipping cost. The shipping cost is $25.


Shipping method:
Sapphire Reign Extensions ships via USPS to the US currently only. The package will require a signature. It is strongly recommended that you sign your package. Should you opt out of a signature and leave the package at your address, we will NOT be responsible for any loss or damage that may result from leaving your package/shipment unattended.


Returns:
We do not offer any refunds. If your item(s) are damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately within 1 day (24 hours). We do take pictures of your item(s) prior to shipping. Any damages that occur after wearing any of our products, is the sole responsibility of the current owner.

All prices listed on the website are in US (USD). We reserve the right to make changes to products and prices listed on this site, and to other content on this site, at any time without notice.
 

Payment Safety:
Sapphire Reign Extensions does not collect your debit or credit card number or personal information.

Duties/Taxes:
The prices listed do not include taxes or shipping.
